You are advised to make your own virus checks and to implement your own precautions in this respect. SACRED JOURNEYS excludes all liability for contamination or damage caused by any virus or electronic transmission.

REFUND POLICY

  • All Deposits for Retreats are non-refundable
  • Full Payments are required 60 days prior to the Retreat, unless otherwise stated.
  • Cancellations via email 90 Days Before the retreat: We will refund 75% the cost of retreat (less 25% administration fee) minus the non-refundable deposit. Providing you have found another participant to take your place.
  • Cancellations via email Within 90 Days prior to retreat: There are No Refunds offered.
  • Cancellations: We are not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip
  • We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.

Disclaimer

We do not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who may participate in any Sacred Journeys Retreats.

All Participants are required to take out Individual Travel Insurance to cover the USA.

In consideration for your participation in the said Sacred Journeys Retreat, the individual, group, organization, business, spectator, or other, does hereby release and forever discharge all Sacred Journeys Retreat Organisers, facilitators, Varathan Sriharan, Polina Emelianova, London College of Spirituality, Sacred Journeys, employees, volunteers, jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in the Sacred Journeys Retreat. This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist. The provisions of any state, local or territorial law or state providing substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages which are known or unsuspected to exist at this time, to the person executing such release, are hereby expressly waived.

You are also fully responsible for yourself should you choose to explore the land, surroundings areas by yourself, and unsupervised.

By agreeing to our retreat and checking the Terms & Conditions box, you also take full responsibility for any damages to the Room, Cabin in the Accommodation(s) that you are staying in.

And should there be damages, agree that we will be in contact to claim the amount surcharged by the accommodation. It is further understood and agreed that said participation in the Sacred Journeys Retreat is not to be construed as an admission of any liability and acceptance of assumption of responsibility by the London College of Spirituality, Sacred Journeys, Varathan Sriharan, Polina Emelianova,  its officers, board, employees and volunteers, jointly and severally, for all damages and expenses for which the London College of Spirituality, Sacred Journeys, Varathan Sriharan, Polina Emelianova, its officers, board, employees and volunteers, become liable as a result of any alleged act of the participant.
